Fair Clean-Up

SIGN UP HERE!
Our annual fundraiser of cleaning at the Allen County Fair (August 16 - 24 & 26) is just around the corner! Instead of several small fundraisers, we do one BIG fundraiser which helps us keep our membership costs down & allows us to give great discounts throughout the year for field trips and activities for those families that participate.

We ask that every family sign up for 2 days of cleanup ALONG WITH the last day, Monday, August 26. The last day of cleanup  we need EVERYONE to help; we will clean the entire fairgrounds and parking lots. Please sign up by using the link above.

The sooner you sign up, the better the chance that you will get the day that you want to volunteer. As clean up is completed every day, every individual will receive one ticket to enter the fair for FREE!

We need many volunteers to make it work smoothly! We will meet at 6:15 a.m. in the mornings to get organized and pray together before we begin clean up at 6:30 a.m. Depending how much help we have that day, we should be finished cleaning by 8:00/8:30 a.m. each day.
